Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you request service from Jason's Wrecker Service.
Last updated: August 7, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to any towing, recovery, roadside assistance, storage or mobile home transport service you request from Jason's Wrecker Service ("we," "us," or "our"). By requesting service, you agree to these Terms.
Services we provide
We provide local and long-distance towing, heavy-duty and commercial towing and recovery, winch-outs, accident and wreck recovery, motorcycle towing, secure vehicle storage, local hauling and equipment moves, and roadside assistance including jump starts, flat-tire changes, fuel delivery and vehicle lockouts. Through Jason's Mobile Home Transport we also provide mobile home transport, relocation and setup. We operate as a DOT-registered motor carrier under USDOT #1675046 and MC-615599.
Requesting service and authorization
When you request service you confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or home, or are otherwise authorised to have it moved, and that you have the authority to allow us onto the property where it sits. If a vehicle is on private property, the person who controls that property must have authorised the removal.
Quotes and pricing
We quote a price before we dispatch — normally a hook-up (base) charge plus a per-mile rate for towing, with winch-outs, recovery and heavy-duty work quoted according to the situation, and transport jobs quoted per move. A quote is based on the information you give us. If the actual conditions turn out to be materially different — for example the vehicle is somewhere other than described, will not roll, is heavier than stated, or needs additional recovery work — we will tell you what changes before we carry on.
Payment
Payment is due when the service is completed unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. You receive an itemized receipt showing the date, the pickup location, the destination and the charges broken out. Storage, where used, is charged per day.
Cancellations
Call us as soon as you can if you no longer need the truck. If we have already dispatched and arrived, a call-out charge may apply.
Your vehicle and personal property
We handle every vehicle and home with care and use equipment and methods appropriate to it. Please remove valuables and important documents before we take a vehicle. We are not responsible for personal property left inside, for pre-existing damage or mechanical condition, or for damage that could not reasonably be avoided given the condition of the vehicle or where it was situated.
Mobile home transport
Transport and relocation jobs depend on permits, routing, escort requirements, site access and weather, none of which are entirely within our control. Dates are planned in good faith and can move if a permit, an escort or the weather requires it. You are responsible for having utilities disconnected and site-side preparation completed as agreed before the scheduled move.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost wages, missed appointments or rental costs. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Estimated arrival times
Any arrival time we give you is an honest estimate, not a guarantee. Traffic, weather, road conditions and the number of calls ahead of yours all affect it. If something changes we will tell you rather than leave you waiting.
Website use
The content of this site is provided for general information about our services and may change without notice. Descriptions of services are not offers of a fixed price; pricing is quoted per job when you call.
Text messages
If you consent to text messages we may contact you by SMS about your service request and, where you have agreed, with occasional marketing messages. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
