Emergency towing and roadside calls are answered around the clock, seven days a week — that is what "24 HR Service" on the truck means. Our office hours (Monday–Saturday 9:00am – 8:00pm, Sunday 9:00am – 10:00pm) are for scheduling non-urgent work like a mobile home move.

Yes, and it is a real differentiator around here. Our heavy wrecker has moved loaded log trucks, rear-loader refuse trucks and semi tractors. Call with the vehicle type, roughly what it weighs and exactly how it is sitting, and we will tell you straight whether it is a job for us.

We quote before we dispatch. For a tow that normally means a hook-up charge plus mileage; winch-outs and recovery are quoted for the situation, because how long they take depends on how the vehicle is sitting. Either way you get the number up front and an itemized receipt after.

Yes. We operate under USDOT #1675046 and MC-615599, which is active interstate "authorized for hire" authority. That number is printed on our truck, and you can look it up.

Always. Name the repair shop, the body shop, the dealer or your own address and that is where it goes. Nobody should be steering that decision for you at the roadside.

Yes. Flat tires, no key, seized brakes, collision damage or a car that has been parked for years — it gets winched up and secured. Just tell us the condition so we bring the right gear the first time.

We do, routinely. Millry, Yellow Pine, Fruitdale, Chatom, McIntosh, Silas, Gilbertown and Toxey are all inside our normal area, and we hold interstate authority so crossing the line is not an exception. Long-distance runs go a great deal further than that.

Yes. Jump starts, flat-tire changes, fuel delivery, lockouts and winch-outs are all part of what we do — and quite often you do not need a tow at all. We will tell you that honestly rather than load you up anyway.

Yes, and properly. A bike goes on the deck strapped at the frame with soft ties and chocked, never strapped by the handlebars. Say it is a motorcycle when you call.

We do. If your vehicle needs somewhere to sit while you wait on an adjuster, a part or a decision, it can stay with us rather than on a shoulder or in somebody’s way. Storage is charged by the day, so call and we will set expectations up front.
