With trusted service providers (for example our phone, messaging and scheduling software) who process information on our behalf and are bound to protect it
With your insurer, repair shop, dealer or another party when you ask us to send your vehicle or paperwork there
With permitting authorities and escort services where a transport job legally requires it
When required by law, regulation or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety or property

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may record standard server request logs (for example IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and reliability purposes.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and motor-carrier records, and comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
